Tracy Wilkinson
Tracy Wilkinson is the Founder of TraceWorthy Consulting and the principal advisor across the firm’s legal, compliance, and investment advisory practices.
With a background in international business and a Master’s degree in Applied Anthropology and Participatory Development from the Australian National University, Tracy’s work bridges legal structure, operational design, and human behaviour. She has spent more than two decades advising investors, founders, and private entities across Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on Indonesia.
Her professional foundation includes investment entry, foreign-owned structuring, regulatory strategy, and commercial governance. Her consulting approach is deeply informed by further training in psychology, counselling, and behavioural systems — disciplines she has studied and applied throughout her career.
Tracy’s clients value her not only for her business fluency, but also for her ability to interrogate the decisions behind the structure. She is known for helping individuals and organisations reorient their operations around the real conditions they face, rather than the ones they assume.
She leads TraceWorthy’s team with a commitment to precision, discretion, and long-term client relationships.

Compliance Manager
Magie Moretha
Magie Moretha is a Compliance and Quality Consultant at TraceWorthy Consulting, with more than a decade of experience across technical writing, quality assurance, and certification management in highly regulated industries.
A graduate of Satya Wacana Christian University, Magie has worked on major energy and infrastructure projects, including FPSO and offshore operations, mining, and certification audits. Prior to joining TraceWorthy, she coordinated ISO 9001:2015, OPITO, and BNSP certifications at Petrotekno and most recently supported mechanical completion documentation for the FPSO AGOGO project at Yinson Production.
Magie brings a structured and detail-oriented approach to documentation, audit readiness, and compliance. Her expertise in technical documentation and quality systems makes her a trusted resource for clients implementing or strengthening internal controls.

Executive Assistant
Michelle Auriette Suwu
Michelle Auriette Suwu is Executive Assistant at TraceWorthy, primarily supporting the Founder while also assisting the wider management team with client communication, follow ups, data collection, and day-to-day organisation.
Her career spans several decades across accounting, internal audit, travel and tourism, office management, finance, HR, and branch leadership. Michelle has worked in Jakarta, Bali, and Perth, with roles ranging from Accounting Staff and Internal Auditor to Office Manager, Finance and Office Manager, Personal Assistant, and Branch Manager. Her background includes long periods of responsibility in both travel and operational businesses, giving her strong experience in administration, coordination, and management support.
Michelle brings a calm and organised approach to a role that requires constant movement between people, information, and priorities. She also provides valuable backup to TraceWorthy’s finance function, drawing on her earlier experience in accounting and financial administration to support internal systems and reporting workflows.

Ketut Cita Pandita
Ketut Cita Pandita is TraceWorthy’s Senior Legal Manager, with experience spanning industries like telecommunications, IT, and pharmaceuticals, where he’s delivered innovative legal solutions that drive results.
A graduate of the University of Padjajaran in Bandung, Ketut specializes in contract law, corporate governance, and land acquisition. With nearly two decades of experience, he offers clients practical legal solutions tailored to their needs.
Respected for his analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to excellence, Ketut is known for his collaborative approach and unwavering professionalism.

Legal Officer
Muhammad Rizal Maulana
Muhammad Rizal Maulana (Rizal) is a Legal Consultant at TraceWorthy, with experience in corporate law, contract review, and legal compliance for both foreign and domestic business entities in Indonesia.
He holds a Bachelor of Law from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta and has previously advised clients in corporate structuring, operational licensing, and general corporate affairs. His work has included preparing and reviewing agreements, analysing regulatory risk, and assisting in the submission of company documents to government agencies and notaries.
Rizal now supports TraceWorthy clients with licensing coordination, corporate documentation, and legal drafting. His methodical approach and grounding in Indonesian company law allow him to assist clients in meeting compliance obligations with accuracy and consistency.

I Gusti Ngurah Adi Pramana
I Gusti Ngurah Adi Pramana (Adi) is TraceWorthy’s Permit Officer, managing visa processing and permit coordination for both individual and corporate clients.
With a background in business management and administrative operations, Adi has become a central figure in the delivery of immigration support services at TraceWorthy. He handles KITAS applications, work permits, and licensing documentation, working closely with clients, government departments, and internal legal advisors to ensure each process is properly completed.
Known for his steady presence and client-focused approach, Adi is often the person TraceWorthy clients rely on when they are required to appear in government offices. His attention to detail, patience, and ability to manage complex logistics under time pressure have made him a favourite among those navigating Indonesia’s regulatory systems.

Legal Officer
Marcel Hasonangan Sitorus
Marcel Hasonangan Sitorus is a Legal Officer at TraceWorthy. He began with a three-month legal internship and now supports our advisory work across document preparation, research, and filing with notaries and government portals.
A law graduate of Universitas Merdeka Malang, Marcel has completed the PERADI advocate training programme and brings practical experience from legal volunteering and corporate liaison work. His role includes drafting and reviewing agreements, compiling case materials, and maintaining the internal trackers that keep matters moving. He is methodical, careful with evidence, and steady under time pressure.

Financial Accountant
Mirna Mangitung
Mirna Pratiwi Mangitung is a Financial Accountant at TraceWorthy, bringing experience in statutory reporting, asset management, and financial process development across the public and private sectors.
She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Universitas Hasanuddin and has supported finance functions in consulting firms, state-owned enterprises, and government-backed institutions. Her previous work included preparing monthly and annual reports, managing fixed assets, supporting financial audits, and mentoring client teams on internal procedures.
She now supports foreign and domestic companies with reporting systems, reconciliations, and improvements to internal accounting practices. Her approach is methodical, measured, and built around practical solutions that stand up under review.

Financial Accountant
Timan
Timan is an Accountant at TraceWorthy, bringing decades of experience in hospitality and tourism sector finance across Bali.
His background includes finance and accounting roles with hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality venues, including more than 25 years with InterContinental Resort Bali as a Senior Accountant. Over that time, he developed strong operational knowledge in financial reporting, profit and loss preparation, cashflow management, tax administration, and sector-specific accounting systems.
Timan works confidently with Xero and VHP and is familiar with the reporting rhythms that shape accommodation, food and beverage, and tourism businesses. His experience gives TraceWorthy clients access to accounting support grounded in the day-to-day realities of hospitality operations, from revenue reconciliation to monthly reporting and tax preparation.

Junior Accountant
I Made Ardiva
I Made Ardiva (Diva) is a Junior Accountant in TraceWorthy’s Financial Services team. He first joined the company as a finance intern and quickly became known for his willingness to learn, his steady work ethic, and his readiness to take on tasks that required patience and care.
A graduate of Warmadewa University in Denpasar with a degree in Accounting, Diva brings a practical background in administration, daily operational reporting, and stock management. His earlier roles required him to manage sales and purchasing data, prepare simple financial reports, coordinate schedules, and support day-to-day business operations.
He now supports accounting workflows, document preparation, and internal reporting across the finance function. His disciplined approach and positive attitude make him a valued part of a team that depends on consistency, accuracy, and dependable follow-through.

Finance Assistant
Istri Widya Santhi
Istri Widya Santhi (Santhi) is a Finance and Administration Assistant at TraceWorthy, bringing broad experience in accounting, HR administration, and purchasing across the hospitality, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
A graduate of Udayana University with a degree in Financial Business Management, Santhi has held roles with Harris Resort Kuta, Mahala Hasa Villa, and PT Clean Medic Indus. Her work has included daily financial reconciliation, payroll processing, purchasing system oversight, and audit documentation—establishing a reliable foundation in operational coordination and administrative support.
She currently supports both the Finance and Operations teams by maintaining daily transaction records, managing employee data, and assisting with internal reporting. Her careful attention to process and consistency contributes to TraceWorthy’s ability to deliver reliable services across a wide client base.
